Yes, I treat children age 4 and up. Parental consent is always required for treatment, and a parent or guardian must attend the appointment with their child.

A parent or guardian is required to accompany pediatric appointments, and a family member or friend is also welcome to support any physical or mental health needs.

I do not directly bill your insurance company. You will be provided with an electronic receipt upon payment that has all of the information needed for reimbursement if you have coverage.

I am a paperless business! I accept debit, Visa, or Mastercard. An electronic receipt is sent to the email address that you provide on file.
